23.10.20 as I walked through my kitchen I caught sight of a red admiral fluttering around my garden! I rushed to the backdoor, rather gingerly made my way towards it. It sat on the wall, splaying its wings in sunshine. I took a number of photographs as he made a perfect model. It's not always easy finding willing butterfly model, they're more often too busy on a mission to get themselves fed on some tasty floral nectar or laid. I appreciated the visit a lot.
